From Buffalo/Rochester/West

 Take 390 or 490 to the NYS Thruway (I-90). Go east and exit at Canandaigua/Rte 332 south. Follow route 332 through Main Street Canadaigua. Turn left on Routes 5 & 20 (east). Go 12 miles east on Routes 5 & 20 until you reach County Road 5. Turn right on County Road 5 (there is a sign that reads, "Penn Yan 14 miles"). County Road 5 becomes Route 14A South. Continue on 14A into Penn Yan. Turn right on 54. Go about 2 miles and look for the Keuka Spring entrance sign on the left.

From Syracuse/East

Take I-90 to exit 42/Geneva. From Geneva, follow route 14 south along Seneca Lake. Turn right on Route 54 (about 15 miles). Follow the signs for Route 54 through Penn Yan and continue on Route 54 South along the east side of the east branch of the lake (the lake will be on your right). Look for the Keuka Spring sign about 2 miles on the left side and follow the driveway up the hill.

From Elmira/Pennsylvania/South

Take Route 17 to exit 38/Bath. Follow the signs in Bath to stay on Route 54 North. Continue past the turn to Hammondsport up Route 54 North. We are about 17 miles north of Hammondsport. Look for signs to Keuka Spring on the right side of the road, up the hill.
