You can also sign up for a month-to-month membership; canceling your subscription at any time after you have fulfilled the three month minimum requirement.

General Information

New York State sales tax will be added to each order shipped within New York State.
There are wine shipping restrictions in some states. Please call the winery for information.
The selection of wines will be based on availability, therefore, there may be duplicate bottles shipped.
No membership fee or cancellation fee. Membership can be canceled after three (3) deliveries.
You must be at least 21 years of age to be a member. Adult signature is required at delivery. Deliveries are made during normal business hours. There will be additional shipping charges if package is returned to Vinifera Wine Cellars due to failed delivery attempt.
Member must notify the winery of any address or card changes two weeks prior to a scheduled ship date. Dr. Frank�s will not be responsible for additional shipping charges incurred due to misdirected shipments.
